Terms of Service
The rules are an integral part of the Agreement.
The subscriber must independently take care of the security of the login and password assigned to him. The Contractor shall not be liable to the Subscriber for any losses incurred by the Subscriber in connection with the loss of his account access details.
All sites and domain names hosted on the Contractor's servers must belong to the Subscriber.
The minimum term of ordering the additional service "Dedicated IP address" is 30 days.
Setup and launch of any additional and/or non-standard software is carried out only after coordination with the technical support of the Contractor.
The subscriber is not allowed:
- posting software and content is contrary to the legislation of the country where the server is located, Ukraine and the Russian Federation;
- warez and any other content that violates copyright and related rights, including links and torrent links to it;
- theft and hacking of sites, phishing/fake, malware, crack/hack, hosting/spreading of viruses and exploits and other similar activities;
- DDOS, port scanning, brute force;
- sending spam, mass mailings, sending letters that are not delivered to addressees, and other actions that led/will lead to the appearance of the Contractor's IP address in the DNSBL blacklist;
- backends of sites without frontends, technical sites and scripts, grabbing, parsers, botnets, xrumer, submitter and any other similar software;
- run third-party binary programs on shared hosting;
- IRC, proxy services, anonymizers, game servers, online games, torrent trackers, file exchanges, file repositories, public mail services, stream projects, doors, jimbot, mining and other resource-intensive projects;
- farma, resources distribute "spices" and other narcotic substances;
- post financial pyramid sites, sites dedicated to the "MMM" organization, "mutual aid" sites;
- post sites of hyip projects (a fraudulent project similar to an investment fund with high returns), sites advertise hyip projects, sites provide ratings of hyip projects;
- sale of any drugs for which a license is required without a corresponding license;
- post sites that advertise illegal activities;
- cardsharing services;
- publish and/or use personal data of third parties, except when these persons have expressly permitted the use of their personal data;;
- propaganda of drugs and suicide;
propaganda of drugs and suicide, the Performer reserves the right to prohibit the placement of materials that, in the opinion of the Performer, are not acceptable from the point of view of universal principles of norms and morality.
The Contractor reserves the right to request scans/photos of the Subscriber's identification documents at any time. In some cases, the service(s) may be terminated before the identification of the Subscriber is completed. In this case, the refund is possible only after the identification is completed.
The given list of prohibited actions of the Subscriber is not exclusive. Any action of the Subscriber that is not provided for by the Agreement, current legislation of Ukraine, technical standards and norms of conduct, violates the rights and/or interests of third parties, may be qualified by the Contractor as a violation of the terms of the Agreement.
In case of detection of violations or receipt of complaints (abuse) and depending on the nature of the violation, the Contractor reserves the right to apply one of the following measures in relation to the Subscriber:
- allow time to correct the violation without blocking the Services;
- block the Service(s) until the violation is corrected;
- disable the Service(s) without refund of unused funds;
Affiliate program
- Registration of additional accounts for yourself as referrals is prohibited. If such accounts are detected, they are blocked, the Subscriber is disconnected from the affiliate program, and affiliate deductions are canceled.
Technical support regulations
Technical support must:
- Ensure the functionality of all web server services specified in the tariff.
- Respond to customer requests no later than 3 hours from the moment of their receipt.
- Promptly solve all problems affecting the performance of web services.
- Notify about all changes on the server (settings, replacement of equipment, etc.) by publishing information or by mailing.
- On request, provide all necessary information for the client related to server settings (phpinfo, software version, etc.)
Technical support is not required:
- Provide coding and third-party software support.
- Install and/or configure client scripts and CMS.
- Configure the Web server for the individual needs of the client (this is Shared hosting, if you need individual settings VDS or dedicated servers).
- Teach the client how to use billing, control panel and/or other server applications, technologies and standards.
- Provide technical support to third parties.
- Provide support for VDS OS and software and dedicated servers.
