What are BILLmanager and the VoltaCP control panel?

Hosting.Energy has two panels: in one you order and pay for services, in the other you work with your sites. Here is what goes where.

BILLmanager (billing panel, https://my.hosting.energy) - ordering and configuring services, topping up your balance, spending history, renewals, support requests. All your hosting accounts are linked to one billing account.

VoltaCP (hosting control panel, https://shared.hosting.energy) - everything about your sites: WWW domains, SSL certificates, PHP, databases, mail, files, FTP, SSH, cron, DNS, backups.

If you have not ordered hosting in billing yet, you have no access to the control panel. After you order and the service is activated, you will get an email with your hosting account details.
