How to pay using Privat24
We accept Privat24 payments through an intermediary - Interkassa. Let's look at how to do this step by step.
1. On the main page billing click the “Top up balance” button:
2. In the dialog box that opens, select the payer (1) and click “Next” (2):
3. In payment methods, select Interkassa, indicate the payment amount:
4. Confirm the payment amount by clicking the "Payment" button:
5.1. After clicking the "Payment" button, the billing panel will redirect you to the Interkassa website, where you need to select "Privat24":
5.2. We agree to the terms of the user agreement by checking the box and clicking “Pay”:
6. After clicking on the “Pay” button, Interkassa redirects to the Privat24 website, where you need to log in using the Privat24 system login and password:
7. You must select the card with which payment will be made (1), enter the SMS confirmation sent to your mobile (2) and click the “Confirm” button (3):
Please note: as of February 8, 2014, regardless of the choice of currency at stage 5.1, the bank commission is always 0.50 dollars or hryvnia. Choose the currency that suits you, depending on the payment amount.
8. The result will be the payment status "Paid" in the "Payments" section of the billing panel:
