How to renew or activate the service?

Our hosting has various types of write-offfor different services: daily for shared hosting, monthly for servers and backup, annual for domain names. To renew and operate virtual hosting you must have a positive personal account balance. No additional action is required. Virtual and dedicated servers, backup storage, domains can be renewed in 2 ways: 1. In panels billingenable "Automatic renewal" in the service settings (a virtual server is shown as an example): 2. Select the service in panels billing (mouse click) and click the "Renew" button. Activation of services after stopping To activate virtual hosting, you just need to top up your balance. To activate all other services, you must “Renew” the service in the billing panel (as described above). Deleting services after stopping After stopping, hosting is stored for 30 days on our servers. After 30 days, hosting is removed from the servers, but continues stored some time on our backup servers. If you order a new hosting and have a backup copy on our servers, we will be able to restore all sites and databases. The virtual server (VDS) is deleted 7 days after stopping. We do not make backup copies of client virtual servers; deletion is irreversible. Dedicated server deletion occurs 3 days after stopping. Backup storage is deleted 30 days after stopping.
