How to pay using Privat24

Payments via Privat24 are credited manually: you transfer money to a PrivatBank card, and we top up your account balance in the billing panel. We charge no fee for this method.

How to pay

  1. In the billing panel, click "Top up balance".
  2. Choose the payment method "Privatbank UAH (contact support)" and enter the amount in hryvnias.
  3. The billing panel will show a PrivatBank card number. Transfer the amount to it via Privat24.
  4. Write to technical support that the payment has been sent.

Once we have checked the transfer, we will credit the payment to your account.
