Say a word about backups

Greetings, TCPHost users. Today we will tell you about backups. There is a well-known phrase: “Webmasters are divided into two groups: those who do not yet make backups and those who already do.” Not all of you know that in the control panel, in the “Maintenance” tab, there is a very useful “Backup” tab. There you can set up backup of your sites on a schedule and even upload them to a remote server. Despite the fact that creating backup copies has always been the job of site owners themselves, we worry about our clients, so we backup client data (files and databases) to a standalone backup server every day. Backups are stored for 10 days. During this time, you can request the restoration of your data through technical support, if you have such a need. In the future we plan to introduce weekly and monthly backups. Stay tuned to this blog for updates.
