From today the following deadlines are established: - daily database dumps - last 3 months; - daily copies of files - last 7 days; - 4 weekly copies of files (as of Monday); - three monthly copies of files (as of the first day of the month). Please note that there are backup exceptions (cache, logs, temporary files, etc.). The full list is given at the end of the news. Direct access to free backup archives is not provided. Restoring files and databases is possible upon request to technical support, but no more than three recoveries (files + database) per day. If you need direct access to backup files, need a different backup frequency, no restrictions on the number of restores, no exceptions for some files - use service paid backup.
