Network unavailability (updated)

Dear clients. 03/22/2015, in the period from 11.00 (GMT+2 Kyiv) / 12.00 (GMT+3 Moscow) to 13.00 (GMT+2 Kyiv) / 14.00 (GMT+3 Moscow) there were problems with connectivity due to network failure data center. Some clients of shared hosting and VDS with a location in NL may have problems accessing sites. Unfortunately, in this situation nothing depended on us and we expected the data center to solve the problem. The downtime was 2 hours. However, we are ready to provide compensation (+1 week of hosting) to all virtual hosting clients who apply. We apologize for the temporary inconvenience.
