Service Unavailability UA Kiev / Kharkov, no ETA

Disaster recovery is underway. Approximately 70% of NVMe VDS instances have been restored, and we expect the remaining instances to come online within the next few hours.
Legacy VDS instances with control panel names starting with vm2-* use an older control system (less than 5% of all instances) and require more time to restore. Recovery from our backups will involve an IPv4 address change, and customers will need to update their server’s network configuration.
If you can restore a legacy VDS from your own backup or set it up from scratch, please contact support. We can activate a new NVMe VDS with the same or better specifications. This will be significantly faster than waiting for legacy backup recovery.
The existing Kiev and Kharkov facilities can no longer be used due to damage and risks to personnel. When conditions allow, the remaining hardware will be retrieved for inspection and cleaning. This process is expected to take at least several weeks.

We have started disaster recovery procedures using our cold storage platform to restore virtual servers from available backups at other EU datacenters. There is still no estimated timeline for repairs to the building’s infrastructure or for restoring services at UA Kiev.

According to preliminary reports from datacenter staff, the equipment appears to be undamaged. However, we do not yet have an estimated time for bringing it back online and restoring services. As soon as further information becomes available, we will publish an update

Infrastructure components at our UA location in Kyiv have been powered off following a russian attack in the area. The condition of these components and the overall status of the location remain unclear. 
We recommend to apply disaster recovery plans for affected customers.
