How funds are debited from an account and services are deleted

Shared hosting For shared hosting, daily debits are set. Funds for hosting and add-ons are debited from your personal account daily. Hosting is active as long as the personal account balance is greater than zero. After stopping, hosting is stored for 30 days on our servers. After 30 days, hosting is removed from the servers, but continues stored some time on our backup servers. If you order a new hosting and have a backup copy on our servers, we will be able to restore all sites and databases. Virtual servers (VDS) and dedicated servers For virtual and dedicated ones, monthly debiting of funds is established. The service is purchased for a full month, so there is no refund for unspent balances for servers. The virtual server (VDS) is deleted 7 days after stopping. We do not make backup copies of client virtual servers; deletion is irreversible. Dedicated server deletion occurs 3 days after stopping. Backups (backup storage) The backup service is charged on a monthly basis. Backup storage is deleted 30 days after stopping. Domain names Domain names are paid for at least 1 year.
