How to renew or activate the service?
This article explains how to renew a service, how to turn it back on after it has been stopped, and how long the data of stopped services is kept.
Our hosting uses different billing periods for different services:
- daily - for shared hosting;
- monthly - for servers and backup;
- yearly - for domain names.
Renewing services
To renew and keep shared hosting running, you only need a positive account balance. No other action is required.
Virtual and dedicated servers, backup storage and domains can be renewed in two ways:
- In the billing panel, turn on "Automatic renewal" in the service settings (a virtual server is shown as an example):

- Select the service in the billing panel (mouse click) and click the "Renew" button.
Activating services after a stop
To activate shared hosting, just top up your balance.
To activate any other service, "Renew" it in the billing panel (as described above).
Deletion of services after a stop
If a stopped service is not renewed, it is deleted after some time. The period depends on the type of service.
After a stop, hosting is kept on our servers for 30 days. After 30 days it is removed from the servers, but it is still kept for some time on our backup servers. If you order new hosting and a backup is still on our servers, we can restore all sites and databases.
- A virtual server (VDS) is deleted 7 days after a stop. We do not back up client virtual servers, so the deletion is permanent.
- A dedicated server is deleted 3 days after a stop.
- Backup storage is deleted 30 days after a stop.
