The client is strictly warned, IP addresses are blocked, and anti-DDoS measures are strengthened.

Yesterday our system administrators managed to localize and eliminate problem with apache, which caused short-term stutters and 502 and 504 errors. Thanks to everyone who stayed with us, taking into account, albeit small and short-term, problems.

This night at 23:40 we experienced problems with apache; the sites were unavailable for about 15 minutes. We apologize and are ready to compensate for the downtime. We will improve the service in the future.

On April 30, at 1.00 Kyiv time (GMT+2), we will be working on updating Apache to solve this problem. A short-term (up to 10 minutes) suspension of web services is possible.

On the night of April 14, during scheduled work, the hard drives were replaced with more productive ones. The response time of the file system has decreased, the overall performance of the operating system has increased, the input/output waiting time (iowait) has been reduced from 20-30% to 0.2-1%.

We would like to inform you that today, April 4, 2013 at approximately 21:50, while installing small software from the control panel, the web and mail server were damaged. As a result, our main website was also down. The total downtime was about 25 minutes, after which all services were returned to normal mode. We apologize for the downtime. PS: a lesson for our system administrators - never trust the panel to work with packages, even minor ones.
